In business since 1983, we have seen many changes move throughout the building industry. During this time we have worked throughout northern California on many projects, ranging from small remodels to commercial buildings, as general contractors and skilled craftsmen. In recent years we have seen the role of the Project Manager / General Contractor change. The need for a client representative who possesses not only the construction and materials knowledge, but also the relationship skills and access to resources with design and engineering professionals, is high, but is limited in today’s market. People in the industry tend to take either path, not both.

Equipped with this very knowledge, we have formed valuable working relationships with local design professionals, as well as with many quality subcontractors. Transcending the usual barrier between the office and the field has increased efficiency tremendously. Having this knowledge means that we can sort out potential problems before they arise, ensuring that the construction phase occurs smoothly. Developing a true network of communication between all involved has been the hallmark of our success. This has been valuable for our clients, ensuring that their project is not only completed faster, but is of the highest quality.
